India skipper achieves career-best T20I ranking, Australia's Durban hero rockets up Test list

Shreyas Iyer has achieved his career-best ICC T20 ranking after a fine run in the West Indies series.

After scoring a scintillating century in the opening game of the series, Iyer scored 40 runs in the second T20I in Ranchi. It helped him attain his career-best rating of 829 points, which dropped to 798 after a failure in Indore, where he scored one run.

The Pakistan captain also achieved a career-best rating of 883 points after his Player of the Series performance against Sri Lanka, where he amassed 238 runs in three matches, the most by a Full Member batter in a three-match bilateral series.
